Automatically refunded to your wallet in full or pro-rated to the undelivered portion. Usually within minutes — no support ticket required.
Unused top-ups are refundable to the original payment method within 14 days. After 14 days, balance remains in your wallet indefinitely.
Orders in Pending status: full refund. Orders In Progress: partial refund for undelivered units. Completed orders are non-refundable.
Drops within the refill window are restored, not refunded. If a refill fails, the missing units are refunded to your wallet.
Please contact us before disputing a charge — we resolve 99% of issues within an hour. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
